Costco Thanksgiving Savings

Costco has released their Thanksgiving weekend deals, and many of them are already available online.  I wanted to point out a few of the "big ticket" items I thought might be of interest:
* * *
Yellow, Black, Citrine, or Taupe
5 ft x 8 ft rug, $199.00 ($50.00 savings)
8 ft x 11 ft rug, $449.00 ($90.00 savings)

I know this isn't a "gotta grab it" type of price, but it seems like quite a nice rug, and with chevron patterns being so trendy right now, you probably aren't going to find one on a much better deal than this.

This thing is awesome.  It has a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, range, and washing machine, plus it comes with additional accessories.

$149.99 (a $30.00 savings)
* * *

$99.00 (a $20.00 savings--plus, even before the $20.00 discount this is one of the lowest prices I've seen on this model.)
* * *
$349.99 (a $25.00 savings)

*Note: The link above will take you to the online Costco "Super Package," which is different from the in-store package being offered on Thanksgiving weekend.*

Vitamix is an extremely pricey blender, but if you are someone who makes smoothies or health drinks daily, I hear this is the one to invest in.

The exact same blender package is selling for $481.00 (regularly $549) at Amazon.com right now, just to give you an idea on the savings Costco is offering.

I'll post more deals here as I continue to see them pop on on the Costco website.  Not everything they are offering online is listed in their coupon book, and vice-versa, so I'll be slowly combing their website.  Please also note that this isn't suggesting that Costco is the best price on everything.  Just as I mentioned in a post a couple weeks ago, you really have to pick and choose what you buy at Costco because sometimes you think you are getting a good deal, but a little research on competing store websites (like WalMart.com or Kohls.com or Amazon.com) could lead you to far better savings.

Shop smart!
